Im 19 and my gf 16 about to turn 17 have to go to court?

We have Court in the morning for being in the park at 12:30pm in the swings n many other adults were there and the cops came and gave everyone there a paper saying go to court. we were on a date and she got scared and idk what might happen soon and im scarf because im 19 and she us 16 and im scarf for that reason. her parents know who i am and they approve of us and it took me four months to Gain their trust and respect. what do we do please help
