My belly piercing crust?!?

so its been 5days since i've had my belly pierced its crusty and i dont wanna keep cleaning it cause i heard it's bad to keep cleaning your belly piercing . i only wash it 2 times a day with dial anti bacterial soap . and then use H2O. can i just use water to take the crustiness off ?
