Is it possible too be pale with warm (yellow) undertones ?

I was blonde all my childhood... Until about 11. Now when I try to wear blonde, i look washed out ? What gives I really really want blonde to work for me, but I think it's my yellow undertones... But yet I'm pale. Should I just use a self tanner ??? I only look good blonde now when I'm tan.
