Im scared of zombies?

Hi my name is Jean and well im scared of zombies is just that the cdc exist and they could make a virus or a parasite that could make people to kill you so i get really scared because people made Hazmat Suits and it really make me scared im 13 i play call of duty but is diferent i games also it make me scared because there are movies like world war z also quarantie 2 terminal and i get really scared what should i do to forget about it please help meee
