Why does my Toshiba Tablet AT300 takes a long time to open, and not opening up at all?

My tablet takes a long time to open and it frequently shows the starting animation of my tablet and it just stays there for a long period of time, and sometimes it opens, but it immediately go back to the starting animation and stays there for an hour! Anyone has the same problem? Please help meee
