Why do white cop type people say other races should not pull the race card when they so it so often?

I talked to this cop guy in Arkansas of course and he was going on about how black people pull the "race card." Then he goes on to explain the need for people like him to "protect white women" he actually used those words. So he pulled the race card. Do they see the irony in this? Remember, this guy was a cop.
