What does this dream mean?

Last night, I had a dream that I was pregnant with twins. I went to my ultrasound, and luckily they were both boys. The lady gave me an ultrasound picture of what my boys would look like at age 20, and one looked exactly like my ex fiance Sam. The boys names were Haizen Vincent and Abram Joseph. What does this dream mean?
