Would it be okay for my helix to heal for a shorter time?

I want another piercing and I was debating between the triple helix or industrial bar. But the problem is I only have two months for it to heal because I start school Sept. 3 and I am a student at a career center for nursing. They do not allow piercings at all during our labs and clinical visits and I just wanted to know if by that time I could change out those piercings for clear ones for temporary time.
