What shoes should I wear & makeup?

I am getting a Bright pink dress made and it has a sweetheart top bit bling round waist, short and straight skirt with an overly over skirt. All I have is black wedges, short military boots or 4 inch heals which are hard 2 walk in. And any makeup ideas to go with dress.Can anyone help?
