How to get rid of period pain fast without a water bottle?

I am going on holiday and am due after the day we arrive. As we are going on holiday, we won't be taking a hot water bottle, and that is not an option, so please don't just say 'Just take a water bottle!' I will have ibuprofen and paracetamol, but I want to make sure the pain will not ruin my first few days. I am going to Mexico, if that changes anything. Answer ASAP!
