I just had my first job interview?

I went to petsmart and applied and i had my first job interview today with there manager. My question is that the manager said they had a few more interviews of the day, and i was the first, and afterwards he will call. Now will he call just to give me the job or call to say i didnt get it? also if i dont get a call back should i check in tomorrow or something?
