How can I make my self harm scars fade faster?

I have 6 self harm scars on my wrist that aren't fading like the others. The cuts were a lot deeper, I suppose. It's been a little over a month since I did them but they're still purplish (bright enough to the point where, if you're at a distance, they look new) and I feel really uncomfortable because, since it's summer, I don't want to wear a jacket too much but I don't want anyone to see them. What can I do to make them lighten up faster?
