I have awful pain in my face? Is it hay fever?

I started to get pain above my eyebrows yesterday? It then went and now its back but with a pain going up the sides of my nose. My ears are starting to feel like they are getting blocked and I am getting a sudden pain in my jaw? I am really worried, I am age 13 and I am going on a school trip this week and I really hope it goes? Any suggestions, is it hay fever ?
