Men, I need some advice?

My birthday was Wednesday. My boyfriend and I have been together a year and a half. I've made a big deal out of his past 2 birthdays. He as of yet hasn't gotten me a card, a gift, nothing. I've said something to him and he says " you're almost 30 years old...get over it". I'm so hurt. He just doesn't care does he? What could be the big deal over a card when its just a tiny thing to make me happy and think he cares. Maybe he is intentionally trying to hurt me? What do ya think?
