Is my cavalier king Charles a king Charles?

He weighs 5 kilos his muzzle length is medium his skull is domed and his ear set is high and his height is around 30 centimeters.please don't tell me to take him to the vet but is there a way other than that to know exactly and there is no way he is a throughoubred.
