I have a blood test on Monday, nicotine in the blood? Help?

I'm having a blood test on Monday, its about low iron levels, and I just want to know if they can find nicotine in the blood? I've only smoked 3 cigarettes (due to peer pressure, I won't ever smoke again) and I'm only 15! Can they find it on my blood, since I had one yesterday(thursday), one today(Friday) an the test is on Monday?
