Do I need to go to the emergency room?

Throughout my pregnancy (I'm 18 weeks and 2 days) I've had clots and pink and red bleeding, but my cervix was closed and they said it could be round ligament stretching. Earlier today, I had pink discharge and TMI, but when I was going #2, a rush of liquid came out and when I wiped, it was clear, but most of it fell in the toilet. I've been having signs of a yeast infection, could it be from that? I'm just paranoid!
