Binge eating... All hope lost?
I'm trying to half diet for halloween... I've been pretty good - working out every day, eating healthy. Tonight I got a bit drunk.. And ate a poutine and cheese burger... I only had a caprese salad and small bowl of minestrone for dinner but I'm scared it'll set me back.. How worried should I be..? Does every extra calorie you eat get stored or is there a limit of how many get absorbed before moving on? I honestly don't know how soooo much food fit into me..
