Micro-organisms biology question!!?

There are an estimated 10 times more bacterial cells in your body than human cells. Most of these bacterial cells live in ur gut and play an important role in digestion. Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of using antibiotics for curing infections.. I really dont get this!!
