what all are the step by step procedure to integrate facebook to my website?

I need to put links and all of my website in facebook. But the problem now is when i try to incorporate my url in facebook it shows my link is spam. When i enquired about it i heared that i need to include meta tags of facebook and to create one app id for it. Since i am a beginner, i tried to go through the developers corner in facebook and didn't got the solution. Could anyone please help me to solve this issue by step by step procedute?
