Can someone explain HIIT vs. jogging?
Been doing 50 min per night, about 5.4 miles. I want to lose weight around my stomach and I have already lost some in the one month that I've been jogging. I have read about HIIT..but just don't understand how to do it, at all. Can I just run my 5 miles and do a few sprints real fast? I mean is that kind of incorporating HIIT into my run? I can't imagine running 5 miles per night not helping you lose fat. Opinions? HIIT vs. jogging?
