Getting blood drawn, will they let me keep some? (10 pts)?

Well i'm getting blood drawn soon, and I was wondering if I asked if they would draw an extra vial for me to keep, so I could mix it in some paint or something. I know people have gotten vials drawn before but I think they went to a private nurse/ phlebotomist. anyone done this before/know the procedure on this?
