I'm too scared to shower?

I wanna shower tonight, but I'm in one of my scared/freaked out moods, where everything is scary. The loud noise of the water scares me, to, start with, and, then, just , being in the shower, scares me. Idk what I'm afraid of. Supernatural stuff. Not, like, serial killers,or,burglars. I'm so scared. And, anxious. I'm always anxious. But, in my scared moods, I'm worse. I wanna shower, but, I'm too scared to! What do I do? This happens almost everyday, especially, if it's nighttime. Some days,like,today,its worse,though. I've gone as far a not showering, just letting the water run so my family thought I showered. Cuz I was too scared to get in. I've also let the water run, and, sink-bathed. Today, I'm too scared, to even start the water. Its so loud. I have undiagnosed Anxiety disorder. I haven't been to a psychiatrist, but, my therapist says that.
