I want to be slim, what exercises can I do?
I'm on a strict diet and want to add in exercises to see quicker and better results. I'd like to lose weight off my calves as they are too wide to fit in to some boots and I'd like them to look a lot slimmer. But I read somewhere that working out will actually build muscle and I don't want that to happen I want to slim down!! Can anyone tell me which exercises I should be doing to help?
