14 and need to lose belly fat/weight ?!?!?!? HELP !!!?
in 14 and i really want to lose weight and eventually become really fit but I don't know where to start. First off, my diet is really inconsistent, some days I don't eat for half the day and when I do, its not the healthiest food. And I have no control over the food my parents buy so its really hard to have a maintained diet. Secondly, what are some workouts I can do to lose my belly "chubbs" and weight ? Also, I'm not overweight id say I look average but I am chubby in some places :( I am 5'1 1/2 and weigh anywhere between 124-130 lbs (varying on the scale) what should I do to get and maintain a "tight" no jiggle body ? And how long (estimated of course) will it take to start seeing results ? And at the end of the month I'm playing volleyball for my school so will this help ??? Ps. I have good cardio-respitory endurance
