Is Better Oats a healthy brand of Instant Oatmeal?
I work at 4:00 am Monday through Friday which on most days makes it a lot easier to just go through the McDonalds drive thru on the way to work but not only would that add up financially, but also in pounds. I have been trying to make sure that I ALWAYS bring something fast to eat with me and for the most part it ends up being Instant Oat meal. Typically plain with honey added in, at first i was buying only the Quaker Oats instant oatmeal packs and eating two packs at a time. I recently was Introduced to Better Oats Instant Oatmeal by a friend, Ive been eating 1pack their Fit line Cinnamon Roll flavor with a sliced up banana and a teaspoon of honey. Im wondering is this a healthy first meal, or is there something I should change? All suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!
