Should I consider taking a physical labor job offer?

I got offered a job doing construction demolition. I have some experience doing this, but it's been a long time since I've worked with my hands. The only reason why I'm considering taking the job is because it has health benefits. It only pays $33/hr, but I guess it's steady income. I'm currently not working and this is my first job offer in about 4 months. What do you think? What would you do?
