I have spots at the back of my thighs?

^ how can I get them to go away? There mostly on my left thigh not many on my right... There not hard there soft to feel but I hate them what if people notice :( I just want them away any help? It just recently started about a year ago... Any ideas on how to get them away or why they are there?
