PLEASE HELP ASAP!- HAVE I GOT MENINGITIS?

My mum thinks i do because i have been feeling these symptoms for 3 days: -Ive had a fever- really high temperature and sweating occasionally -Ive had headaches, sometimes i cant look at the TV or the light because it hurts my head -My neck has been really achy for 2 days now -It's hard to breath sometimes -Im very sleepy, but atm i cant drop off -I get confused sometimes, i forget were im walking for a few seconds -My throat hurts when i swallow my own saliva, its difficult to drink fluids or eat due to this -I have terrible earache at times -I have a blocked nose, and its so annoying So what do you think it is? Im going to the doctors tomorrow to find out, shall i say all these symptoms to the doctor or certain ones, what shall i tell them?- thank-you
