Tattoo Removel Help!!!!?

I am trying to join the military and a neck tattoo i have might prevent me from being able to pursue my military career. Now getting the tattoo removed with the laser is WAY too expensive for me so i need to know if they are any tattoo removel creams that actually work. Weather it just fades it out or completely removes it i don't care i just need it to where the military would except me in.. PLEASE HELP!!!! THIS SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP MY FUTURE!!!!
