How to get rid of my super annoying cousin?

So i have a 10 year old irritating cousin, he won't leave me alone! Everyday he has to come for 6 hours even when i'm studying for my tests! I tried to tell me parents but they just say: just go along with it, stop complaining! They just say that cause they are afraid of his parents. He has horrible manners and he is the most selfish person i know. I want to get rid of him but he is like glue! Please help me.
