I have done a 3yr p&l and 3yr cashflow forecast for my new start up but need a balance sheet, can you help?

I need a 3 year balance sheet to go with the p&l and the cashflow forecast, I have tried to do this about 100 times now and I don't know what I'm doing, if I supply all of the details could you help me to do the balance sheet? Thanks :)
