How many cakes do you make if you want to open a bakery??? Plz help me plz!!!?

Im opening a bakery how much am I suppost to make? I don't know how much I'm suppost to bake. I know really bakeries have a specific number of cakes they are suppost to make a day. So how much should I make of my product is popular not crazy popular but its getting a fair amount of customers. Everyone I know loves my cakes I want to plan everything before I start.
