Forgot to put something on my pre medical screening...?

I forgot to put down that I have medical insurance and I didn't mention to my recruiter that I have diazepam in my system (It slipped my mind) I plan on bringing the prescription and paperwork from the ER I visited (due to a injury I got at work) to MEPS with me and let them know that in fact I do have medical insurance. It's the weekend so I can't call my recruiter and fix my paperwork and I go first thing in the morning. So my question is, will I be ok if I mention those things at MEPS even though I didn't mention it on my prescreening checklist? Or will they disqualify me because I didn't mention it.
