What to wear to a concert?

I'm going to be seeing Bastille at the end of October :) I've been to a concert and know it can get quite hot during it but while queuing outside it might be quite cold. I wanted to wear my snood and leather jacket but worried it'll get too hot. Should I wear leggings/shorts/skirt? I was gonna wear black creepers. What would an ideal and fashionable outfit be? Makeup; I was gonna wear winged eyeliner and red lipstick.
