Best country to move to that fits my needs?

Im planning on moving out of the USA in a few years. I want to move somewhere that has good landscape, and place that's good for an outdoorsy person. i like to kayak, swim, bike, hike, so i want to move somewhere i can do that all. I want the country to have nice people, and good schools(universities, colleges).... PLEASE! I NEED HELP, DONT MENTION THE USA. EUROPEAN COUNTRIES PREFERRED
