why is Affirmative Action for college admission unfair to the minority group Asians?

they would need higher GPA, higher SAT scores to be admitted to universities than the whites and blacks. is Affirmative Action a racist policy? that blacks can have a lower GPA, lower SAT scores, and lower qualifications to be admitted before a white candidate?
