what is the best way to teach a 4 year old spanish?

I'm trying to teach my 4 year old dominican nephew spanish. What are some easy helpful tips to do that I want to start him out with the basics(ex. Good morning, phrases like(hi, bye), my name is, where are you from, she/he is ect. Then I'll like to teach him how to start a conversation and finish one basically teach him advanced spanish.
