Tenda Router. Help! Anyone?

I was using a Netgear router before but it crashed so I bought a Tenda router. It works fine when I connect my iPhone on wifi but my HP netbook couldn't connect. I've tried resetting it more than 10 times but still no luck. Whenever I try to set it up (192.168.0.1), it only refreshes the connection but still couldn't connect. (Unidentified Network. No internet access). I'm using Windows7 by the way. Thank you so much in advance.
