I have mono and a nasty rash, but I have an exam tomorrow?

I was first diagnosed with sinusitis, so they gave me amoxicilin. But i actually had mono. So i worked and went to school a full week while taking amoxicilin. When you take amoxicilin when you have mono you get a rash. So now i have this rash covering my entire body and it is really itchy, plus i have mono. My professor has a no makeup exam policy and i have an exam tomorrow. I can't go like this right? Do i take a zero?
