eBay question about selling stuff?

So basically I want to start selling things on eBay like bracelets. But I just don't know some stuff about selling such as: 1) when you sell the stuff how do you know where to send it to? 2) Do you have to pay for sending it? 3) If the other person pays for it to be sent to them, how do they pay? 4) Can I just be randomly charged for selling stuff? They mean seem like really dumb questions but to me Im really confused.
