Is Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 worth £8 pre-owned?

Basically I want to get back into Call of Duty again after going of it about a year ago. I looked on the internet and people say this game is really good and that I will have a lot of fun out of it. On most trusted sites they have it for sale for £8 pre-owned. Is this game worth it or not?
