Do you think this is hernia??? Ur opinion please?

Ok I'll go to the doctor but what do you think this is - I'm a skinny teen 3 months ago I noticed a lump In my stomach it didn't hurt but it made wear sounds but I started WORRING because for the last 2 months I haven't get hungry never feel hungry never but I eat because Idon't want to lose weight but also when I eat I get really full fast and after eating I feel bloated it happens every day but I don't feel sick my stools are fine my pee is fine no pain no vomiting no nausea no fever but I have this lump for 4 months with no symptoms but is really frustrating me because I can't eat alot I get premature fullness and I hate it.every time I eat I get full really fast I didn't feel this before I just to eat alot but now I lost some weight what do you think it is?? Like in the mornings when I'm about to eat breakfast I get really full from just drinking a cup of anything like orange juice then I feel like my stomach is going to explode I can't even eat at a buffet now ???
