Boys in highschool?????? Please answer!?

Please no one ever answers this question for me? I've asked it many times. There is this popular guy at my school who I had given dirty looks and weirded out last year because I'd liked him. And everyone in school hates me and thinks I'm creepy. And I want to apologize to him. But I want to apologize to him sincerely, Not because I want people in the school to stop hating me or because I'm sure he'll forgive me (I'm sure he won't) I want to apologize because he deserves an apology because he really is a great guy and I don't really think he's a douche like how everybody says he is. Either way He deserves an apology. 1. How to apologize? 2. What to say? How to approach him, when he won't even look at me? 3. How would you react if you were him?
