Not sure if this guy likes me...?

So I work in a restaurant and there's these guys that come in everyday to get breakfast, there's like 8 of them. I found one to be really cute and I think he flirts with me a lot but I'm not sure. However, his friend/co-worker liked me and he always teased him about it and joked about it with me. To make a long story short, I ended up going out with his friend to see if we had any chemistry I guess. Unfortunately, he isn't really my type. When he found out his friend had my number, his friends drove him crazy about it from what I was told. But the one I find attractive is, for sure, my type. He notices all the little things and noticed when I got my nails done and wore lipstick to work and I've talked him into eating in with his other co-worker a few times. I think he's flirting with me, but I don't really know. For instance, I said "I'm just too cute" and he was like "You must own a mirror". & One day he came in late and I was like "I almost thought you guys weren't going to come in today, I was about to go cry in the break room" and he asked me if it was small and it is so I said yes. Then he got his food before I rang it up one day and he was like "I'm gonna have to start ordering with the cooks since you're so slow" and he started laughing. & my response was "I'm sorry, I'm just trying to keep you here." & his response was "Are you trying to bring me in the break room? I heard it's small so it'll be crowded but I won't mind." To make a long story short, the other day he ended up eating in with 2 of his buddies and on their way out he was the last one in there and I said to him "I would give you my number but; I don't know if you'd call and as you know I gave it to Chris (the guy I went out with and didn't care for)." He replied "Don't worry about it, Chris has a good thing going." & I told him "I don't know about all that now, I really don't about Chris." So my question is, does it sound like this guy likes me and is flirting with me and I should continue to flirt back or no and I should leave it alone? If he knew I have no interest in his friend would he accept my number? How would you interpret what he said? It really threw me off because I like this guy and find him funny and attractive but I can't comprehend or put together what he meant. He also let me hit his vaporizer that day at work with no hesitation..lolll
