What should I get my best friend for her birthday?!?

So Brianne and I have been best friends for almost 5 years now and her birthday is coming up! The party is on November 9th! I have no clue what to get her! She's turning 15 and she's a huge girly girl! But I don't want it to be like everyone else's gift, I want it to be very sentimental. Something different!
