Will Being A Millionaire Or Billionaire Be So Cool In A Totally Cashless Society Using Only Electronic Chips?

I am trying to imagine what having no paper money or coins be like when we go completely cashless and everything will be on an electronic chip, what will it be like for the super rich and will tax evasion become history ? I wonder how much money you would put on a chip lol ?
