Is it safe for me as an ebay seller from Canada to ship to an U.S UPS store box?

Is it safe for me as an ebay seller from Canada to ship to an U.S UPS store box? I want to know if there tracking and confirmation works if I use Canada Post to ship to the UPS store box. I don't wanna get scammed or something. Thanks, much appreciated.
