PLEEEASE HELP! My nipple is dry and scabby. What should I do I'm scared!?

ok so this started a while ago but i never really payed attention to it because I'm young (15) and I thought it was a normal thing in "growing up" you know. Well it's not itchy or bothering me it's just it's really dry and looks really cracked. sometimes I peel the little scabs off. I've also tried putting on some moisturizing cream and that wont work either. Plus I've noticed that it comes and goes. Like I think it's a seasonal thing, it goes away then comes back. Please help, thank you. And don't scare me anymore.
