Tattoo help!!! D:???????

Okay so i wanna get a tattoo i want a Libra Sign and a Scorpio sign BUT! Im not sure wether Oct 23 is a Libra or Scorpio >.< some say libra others scorpio but i dont want to get a scorpio and later find out its a Libra that would suck! Haha so of someone is Born on Oct 23 at 9:33 am what would it be? ;o
